To install your motorcycle boot lifts, lubricate the rubber straps with washing-up liquid or something similar. 

DO NOT use oils as this may damage the rubber. 

Stretch the toe section over the toe of the boot, ensuring that the boot is pressed all the way in. 

Stretch the heel section over the heel of the boot using a shoehorn, making sure that the sole of the boot is in full contact with the grips on the BootLift. 

Once in place wash the lubricant off with warm water and allow to dry. 

Once installed, it should not be necessary to remove the BootLift. 

After use, clean boots as normal.
